This is the place to be, Amazing area, steeped in history. Fantastic Flat in a fantastic house. Landlord is spot on, any problems it's sorted. Best place i ever had.

Kensington is a popular place for students to live as rent is amongst some of the cheapest in the city! Plus, it's ideal for those who attend LJMU or The University of Liverpool as it’s only a couple minutes walk to the city centre campuses!
