Rooms4u are Efficient and Helpful

My experience with rooms4u as landlords as overall been a great experience. For example, our boiler broke and the next day someone was round first thing in the morning to fix it without any hassle. Rooms4u are efficient and helpful. I would recommend to a friend or someone looking for student rooms.

4 Arundel is a great house for a big group of students to live in. It's spacious and has two bathrooms and kitchens which is really handy. Close enough to Smithdown Road but 2 minutes from Sefton Park make it a great location and the bus stops nearby are really handy. Rooms4U are great at handling calls, they generally respond quickly and send someone to fix whatever has gone wrong.

I've never had any bad experience with Rooms4u. Karl and Adam are always great to deal with and any issue or concerns are dealt with quickly and professionally. The rooms are up to a very good standard and they are priced appropriately.

We've been renting 18 Saint Bride Street for two years now and we have loved living here and will be sad to leave in June. Service of the Very Highest Quality

I have been living here for about 8 months now and one thing I really want to express straight away is the service that Rooms4u provide is of the very highest quality. I have never seen a letting agency do so much to assist and help the tenants. It may be true that some of us here are a touch fussy but whatever we have requested, you have done instantly and I believe you have gone above and beyond what many other letting agencies would do. (This is not me just being over the top it genuinely astounds me how helpful and eager you have been with anything that has needed doing especially in July when I moved in). The house itself is fantastic and we have been very lucky to have it. Student accommodation often gets a bad reputation but this house does not fall under that rep. Anyone who I have invited round to see it (my dad, friends from home) have remarked at the high quality of the house and the area which it is in. I feel totally confident in the area and am glad that I am staying in this house with Rooms4u for another year come July 2015. Thank you.

Great Maintenance Team and Helpful Office Staff

Great and safe area. I live in a studio so it's important for me that I feel safe. Great maintenance team and helpful office staff. Close to my university and the city centre and the GP is next door! Also close to bus stops so I can get around easily.

The Best Landlords I've Had Since Being at University

Rooms4u have been the best landlords I've had since being at university. Any time anything needed fixing we'd just ring up and they'd either talk us through how to fix the problem or they'd send someone out almost always straight away/same day. I felt safe and secure knowing that all safety checks were being carried out.

Staff are Always Friendly

Rooms 4 u have been great the whole 1 and a half years I 've been with them. Whenever I have reported a problem they have sorted it straight away and to standard. The property I am in now is value for money, had plenty of space and character. The area the property is located in is also a very nice area. Friendly and Helpful Company

Rooms4u have been great landlords, every issue that has occurred in the property across our tenancy has been dealt with as quick as possible with the best workmanship seen to. Karl has been great with helping us find somewhere to live next year that met our requirements, when most properties had been let out. The company are friendly and helpful on the phone with issues and when it comes to paying rent etc. The company are also understanding with personal issues when they occurr. All in all, my year with Rooms4u has been great and i am pleased that i will be staying with them next year, in another of their properties.

Perfect for Students

Excellent, any problems we've had have been fixed by the landlord quickly, such as when our oven broke. Very good price per week, very nice house without any damp or dirt. Pretty much perfect for students,easy to arrange viewings, and many houses.
