COVID 19

What are you doing to look after students during Covid-19? 

Our entire office is currently working from home and are answering all support queries as usual. We have recently briefed all maintenance contractors on proper health and safety procedures during Covid; as well as ensuring that they have the correct PPE for when they need to visit a tenant’s home for maintenance issues. We have also implemented online viewings for new tenants, whereby they are able to view and sign for a property online in the safety of their current living situation. We have stations available for key collection and welcome packs for new tenants which include some necessary PPE like masks and anti- bacterial.

How do I view a property in lockdown?

We have implemented a great way to easily explore our properties online; through virtual viewings! You are able to walk through the entire property and read through a full description too. We are also conducting group calls to answer all the questions you may have, as a group, about living with Rooms4u. Stay home and stay safe, whilst browsing for your next accommodation.
