What’s New on the Rooms4u Student Accommodation Website?

Some of you may have noticed a few new additions to our website over the last few weeks. We’ve now made it even easier to search for your perfect student home, whether you’re looking for a big house share for next year, or a single room available right away. Our home page now features four new search buttons; Featured Properties, House Shares Available Now, House Share Next Year, and Private Halls of Residence. This means that you can get straight to what you’re looking for more easily, and with all our properties viewable as either a list or map view, you’re fully equipped to find that perfect pad.

A second major change is the addition of a dedicated section for The Lodge – our very own private halls of residence. Not only do we now have a full description and range of photographs, but also a new feature allowing you to view each floor of the accommodation block in detail, to decide exactly which bedroom you’d like to rent. The Lodge is a vast Georgian building on Princes Avenue in the city centre, that Rooms4u renovated into private student halls of residence last year. The building has 35 huge double bedrooms available for rent by individuals or groups, and a whole host of top-notch communal spaces and facilities. Using our new floor plan feature you can now view photos and descriptions of each room individually and decide exactly where you would like to live within the house.
