NEW Student Accommodation ‘The Lodge’ Arrives in Liverpool
Our brand new city centre student accommodation block ‘The Lodge’ is on it’s way! Renovations of the new super-block have begun and Rooms4u are now accepting their first round of student residents for when The Lodge opens it’s doors this September.
The development will see new life brought to the old Queen Victoria District Nursing Association Building on Princes Road, made famous when Florence Nightingale worked from there many years ago. Most recently run as a 35 bedroom hostel named ‘Nightingale Lodge’, the building is currently undergoing a total re-vamp which will see it transformed into luxury student accommodation. High spec single and double bedrooms will be available, each with access to fully fitted & furnished communal kitchens, dining and living areas.
The city centre location of The Lodge couldn’t be better, with all central University buildings, shops and bars within an easy walk. The city’s major bus routes are also on the doorstep, plus the accommodation will offer secure off road parking and bike storage should you need it.
To make life easy all utility bills at The Lodge will be included in the rental price, as well as free high-speed WIFI in all rooms and Flat screen TVs with free TV licence in communal rooms. There will be an on-site management and maintenance team, 24 hour CCTV & Security, professional cleaners for the site, and even an on site launderette. With a large number of rooms, The Lodge will be suitable for lone tenants of for those wishing to move in as a group, and although all rooms will be finished to a high spec there will also be a limited number of luxury rooms with added modern features.
10 month contracts will be starting from September and we expect rooms to be snapped up! So if you’re interested get in touch!
