Be First in Line for Liverpool Student Accommodation 2012

It might feel like you’ve only just settled in to your current student home, but if you’re going to be looking for a place for the next academic year 2012 – 2013 then now is the best time to begin your search. The rush for next year’s student accommodation will begin next week, with all the best houses, flats and apartments being snapped up well in advance.

There will be two large student housing fairs held next Tuesday and Wednesday the 6th and 7th Dec by Liverpool Student Homes, each running from 10:00am to 3:00pm. The first will be located at Hope University and the second at Mountford Hall, Guild of Students. The events aim to provide students with information on private rented accommodation in Liverpool, and offer guidance and help in finding reputable landlords and agencies.

Liverpool Student Homes work alongside Liverpool’s Universities and their Student Unions, and this year kindly presented Rooms4u with 3 awards; Landlord of the Year, Most Recommended Landlord, and Quality & Speed of Repairs. Rooms4u will be listing all available properties on our website, with most 12 month contracts beginning on the 1st July 2012.
